Add your snack drawer lifestyle image

we named the craving, not the snack.

every snack brand in the category does the same thing. they name the ingredient, list the protein count, print "guilt-free" on the pack, and hope you feel virtuous enough to buy it. nobody talks about you — the 3pm energy crash, the drawer you open when the meeting runs long, the study-break raid at midnight.

craving sorted started with a question: what if the snack was named after the moment, not the taste? what if it had a personality you'd actually recognise? what if the pack copy talked to you like a friend with good timing, not a nutrition label?

so we built eight of them. eight moods. eight flavours. each one named after a situation you already know. the red flag. emergency contact. sunday cheese. vip section. they live in your drawer and sort themselves out when you need them.

that's craving sorted. a snack brand. makhana is product line one — not the last.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PACKS

Madoc Foods

craving sorted is a brand of madoc foods, based in hooghly, west bengal. established in 2026, we source, season, roast, and pack everything under one roof — from raw makhana to sealed pouch.

the facility runs FSSAI-licensed production with full compliance to labelling and food safety standards. every SKU is batch-coded, shelf-life tracked, and packed to preserve the crunch that makes the whole thing work.

madoc foods isn't only craving sorted. we also work with brands who want their own line — private label and white label snack production, built on the same facility, same standards, same attention. more on that below.

The stuff people actually ask

how do i know which mood is mine?

you don't pick the mood. the mood picks you. but if you need a nudge — the red flag if you like heat, emergency contact if you want the safe bet, sunday cheese if you want zero drama. or get all eight and let the drawer sort itself out.

do you do white label / private label?

yes. madoc foods offers white label, private label, and co-packing services from the same FSSAI-licensed facility. scroll up to the "your brand. our facility." section, or write to sales@madocfoods.com directly.

i want to stock craving sorted. who do i talk to?

distributors, retailers, stockists — write to sales@madocfoods.com. we'll get back within 48 hours.

is makhana all you sell?

for now. craving sorted is a snack brand — makhana is product line one. when something new arrives, you'll know. but the moods, the voice, and the drawer stay the same.

what if i don't like it?

unlikely — but if a pack arrives damaged or something's off, reach out within 7 days of delivery. we'll sort it. write to hello@cravingsorted.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

can i return an opened pack?

no — once it's open, it's yours. but if something was genuinely wrong with the product (damaged, stale, wrong flavour), that's a different conversation. write to us.

when does it show up?

orders ship within 2-3 business days. metros usually 3-5 days, everywhere else a little longer. you'll get a tracking link by email once it's on the way.

where is this made?

hooghly, west bengal. manufactured and marketed by madoc foods. sourced, seasoned, and packed right here. made in india.

how much is shipping?

calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. no hidden fees. you see the number before you pay.

what's in it? is it actually healthy?

roasted makhana. rice bran oil. real seasonings. no preservatives, no artificial colours. full ingredient list and nutrition info on every pack and every product page. stated once, clearly — we don't repeat ourselves.
